We're not a marketplace. We don't sell leads — not one at a time, not in bundles, not "exclusively yours." We don't sell leads at all.
We're not a franchise. There are no royalties, no franchise fees, no corporate playbook telling you how to hold a drill. We don't want to put you on payroll, micromanage your process, or collect a percentage of your existence. Franchises sell a logo to an investor and let the homeowner deal with whoever shows up. That's their model. It's not ours.

We are a small, closed community of actual professionals. Not "handy guys." Not weekend warriors with a YouTube education. Most of us have engineering degrees — earned in other countries, sure, but the math works the same everywhere. We do this work because we're raising families, and we happen to be exceptionally good at it. Fast, precise, and incapable of doing it any other way.
We're independent. Versatile. We run our own social media and websites. We create our own content. We understand plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and construction technology — deeply enough to know exactly where the license line is. We know that one happy client means at least two new ones. We take responsibility for results, which is why our clients stay with us for years and won't call anyone else if they can help it.And there are very, very few of us.
Despite charging more, we're almost impossible to distinguish from the million (there are literally a million of handymen in the US) who call themselves professionals. So we decided to do something about it.

Clients who trust professionals, value their own time, and care more about flawless execution than haggling over price or managing the process themselves.
This is a test — not of income, but of values. It's a deposit of trust. An acknowledgment that we are professionals. And we do everything in our power to earn it. We drive to the store and buy materials at cost if needed. Even when something falls outside our scope, we don't leave problems behind.
We almost always finish early. And when we do, we ask: what else can we do for you? Sometimes we stay late to finish what needs finishing. Because a happy client stays forever and brings two more just like them. That's not a slogan — all of us are familiar with this data. And when we retire, we hand that client over to trusted hands within the community. And the community pays it forward.
Today, out of $949, we pay ourselves $400 for the work and another $100 for earning a five-star review. Everything else goes into building the community — advertising with our faces on it, and referral bonuses when our reputation or recommendation outperforms paid marketing. Those bonuses are lifetime – as long as you’re a member. Every job that comes in without ad dollars — every referral, every repeat booking, even if another member of the community does the work — puts money in the pocket of the pro who earned that client's trust.

Five years from now, there will be exactly 1,000 of us across the entire country. You decide how many days you take in your territory in a month, whether it's 10 or 16. We only add another pro when you're busy.
Those who join early and prove themselves as leaders will have a seat at the table — including a path to ownership in the company they helped build. If you understand what that means, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. If you don’t, we’re probably not the right fit.
